Preferred File Formats
PDF formats are the preferred file type. Sort into folders by category: SMRs, VA treatment, private treatment, C-File. Rename files clearly: “VA_Rating_2021.pdf” or “Private_Doctor_Knee_Jan2020.pdf”
Passwords and Security
Many files will be encrypted with password protection. During file intake we will correspond with you securely to access these files.

We offer scanning services for an additional cost.
